ramé-hart currently offers a (1) prebuilt array. This highly versatile prebuilt customizable linear spinneret array is solid stainless steel and permits up to (7) needles or tips mounted to Luer fittings at 10mm spacing, (5) at 15mm spacing, (4) at 20mm spacing, (3) at 30mm spacing, or (2) 60mm spacing. Other combinations are also possible. The female Luer inlet can be end-mounted or anywhere on the opposite side of dispensing. The kit includes the solid stainless steel array, (7) male Luer fittings, (1) female Luer fitting, (11) plugs with sealing washers, and (1) Allen key (for installing and removing plugs). ramé-hart can also fabricate a custom spinneret array of single or coaxial needles in any rectangular, linear, or rotational patterns. Below are some samples of our work. If you are in need of an array of needles, all we need to get started is some basic specifications: number of needles, spacing, gauge, and any special requirements. If you have a sketch or drawing, please forward to that us as well. Once we have your design ironed out, we can quote you a firm cost and lead time.
